The FiT office is the central organizational unit of the association and the first point of contact for members, partners, and interested parties. It ensures the smooth operation of the association’s day-to-day work and supports the implementation of FiT’s strategic goals.
The administrative office’s key responsibilities include organizing and coordinating the association’s day-to-day operations. It prepares meetings and events, drafts documents and minutes, and oversees the implementation of decisions made by the association’s governing bodies.
In addition, the administrative office handles important administrative tasks. These include member services, data and document management, and internal and external communication. It ensures the flow of information within the association and supports the FiT’s public relations efforts.
Another key focus is providing organizational and administrative support for the association’s work, for example, in the planning and implementation of projects as well as in financial and budgetary processes, in close coordination with the board.
The FiT office operates on behalf of and under the direction of the board and plays a key role in implementing the technical committees’ decisions efficiently and reliably.
The duties of the office are governed by Section 13 of the FiT statute, as well as the administrative office’s rules of procedure.
